How to Buy

You must have a bidder’s password to be able to bid on any aircraft in our auctions. To receive your password you must pay a $1000.00 refundable deposit to Luxury Aircraft Auctions LLC. The winning bidder’s deposit will become part of the buyer’s flat fee premium. The remainder of the buyer’s flat fee premium will be due when the aircraft deposit is sent to the title company. All non-winning bidder’s deposits will be immediately returned at the conclusion of the auction.
It is the responsibility of the seller and winning bidder to approve an Aircraft Sales Agreement within 3 business days of the acceptance of the winning bid. A deposit to be determined by the seller will be sent to Insured Aircraft Title Company when the contract is agreed upon by the seller and winning bidder.
The aircraft is sold in an as is where is condition. It is the responsibility of the seller and winning bidder to approve any and all technical pre-buy inspections that are necessary to determine the airworthy condition of the aircraft. The seller and winning bidder agree to hold Luxury Aircraft Auctions LLC harmless for any liability related to the auction.
