How to Sell

1. Owner and/or Seller pays small internet auction setup fee.

2. Seller provides specification sheet, pictures, contracts and any web link back to seller’s site to be viewed on the auction page.

3. Seller may set a reserve, if any, deposit amount for winning bidder, auction dates and time (start and finish).

4. The aircraft is sold in an as is where is condition. It is the responsibility of the seller and winning bidder to approve any and all technical pre-buy inspections that are necessary to determine the airworthy condition of the aircraft. The seller and winning bidder agree to hold Luxury Aircraft Auctions LLC harmless for any liability related to the auction.
