How to Buy

When a Potential Buyer determines they are interested in an aircraft that is in one of our exclusive internet auctions they should contact us for an Demonstration Package.

1. All buyer's due diligence must be done prior to the exclusive internet auction.

2. When the buyers due diligence is complete and the buyer wants to bid on an aircraft, a refundable $100,000.00 deposit is sent to Insured Aircraft Title Services, Inc. (www.insuredaircraft.com) to the attention of Joan Roberts. Then the buyer will receive a password that will allow them access to bid in our exclusive internet auction.

3. The internet auction begins on a predetermined date and time, and ends on a predetermined date and time.

4. At the date and time for the internet auction to end the winning bid will be put on contract for the seller's acceptance.

5. Upon the seller's acceptance, the high bidder will be notified. The deposit becomes committed to the aircraft when the high bidder is notified that they are the winning bidder. All other deposits will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders within 24 hours. The buyer is entitled to up to a 2 hour acceptance flight after the internet auction is completed and before the deposit is determined nonrefundable. The acceptance flight must take place within 3 days of being notified of the acceptance of the winning bid. Expenses for the acceptance flight will be in accordance with the FAA regulations.

6. Closing must be completed within 7 days of the acceptance flight or 7 days of being notified of the winning bid if the buyer chooses not to do the acceptance flight.
