How to Sell

Once Luxury Aircraft Auctions LLC determine your aircraft meets our "Only the Best of the Best" qualification the following will take place:

1. An agreement will be entered into between Luxury Aircraft Auctions LLC and the aircraft owner.

2. Luxury Aircraft Auctions LLC representative will visit the Aircraft to perform logbook research for putting together a specification sheet, take pictures and videos. This will assist the owner in determining the appropriate pre-auction inspection.

3. A highly qualified FAA repair station is decided upon by the aircraft owner and the aircraft is sent to pre-auction inspection.

4. Luxury Aircraft Auctions LLC will start the marketing program and set the estimated internet auction date based on the projected finish date of the pre-auction inspection.

5. The Internet auction is held. At the completion of the auction the highest bid will be put on contract for the aircraft owner's acceptance.

6. Upon the seller's acceptance the winner bidder will be notified. The deposit becomes committed to the aircraft when the winning bidder is notified that they are the winning bidder. All other deposits will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders within 24 hours. The buyer is entitled to up to a 2 hour acceptance flight after the internet auction is completed and before the deposit is determined nonrefundable. The acceptance flight must take place within 3 days of being notified of the acceptance of the winning bid. Expenses for the acceptance flight will be in accordance with the FAA regulations.

7. The closing will be held by Joan Roberts of Insured Aircraft Title Services, Inc. (www.insuredaircraft.com).

NOTE: The aircraft must be removed from service when the aircraft goes to pre-auction inspection and until closing.
